How WarehouseScanner works
Five steps, none of which involve a price we invented.
- 1
Search the mapped directory
Filter 1,046 facilities across 27 countries by region, country, facility type and floor area. Footprints are measured from building outlines, so a "12,000 m²" result is a polygon, not a sales figure.

Request a rate
Send a requirement — pallet positions or square metres, start date, term — to the facility you picked. There is no rate card to browse: storage is priced per requirement, and no operator publishes one that would survive being quoted out of context.
See plan limits → - 3
Compare what comes back
Answers arrive as a price per unit with handling in and out, a currency, and an expiry date. Quotes that lapse are marked expired rather than silently reused, because a price from six weeks ago is not a price.

Book at the quoted price
A booking is created from an answered quote and takes its price from that quote. The number cannot be edited on the way through, so what you accepted is what you are charged.

Record what moves
Log receipts and despatches against the booking. On-hand is derived from those movements, and a despatch larger than the stock on hand is refused rather than allowed to go negative.

What we do not do
- We do not publish availability. No operator in the dataset supplies a live capacity feed, so a page claiming free space would be inventing it.
- We do not hold certifications for facilities. Where none was supplied, the field is absent rather than assumed.
- We do not quote on an operator's behalf. Every price on the site came from the operator that answered the request.
